AIFF will assists participants in selling of their creation. Delegate registration to attend AIFF-22 at Ahmedabad : All filmmakers must have registered as delegate to attend the festival. Hospitality charges are applicable for filmmakers & attendees which includes Breakfast, lunch& tea/coffee. Hospitality charges are not applicable for filmmakers & attendees who are nominated (only for two persons) which includes Breakfast, lunch& tea / coffee AIFF-22 does not take any type financial commitment for the expense incurred on the correspondence by the participant. All Travel, Lodging & Boarding and other miscellaneous expenses will have to be borne by the participant himself for attending the festival. No request for the same will be entertained. Once the film submitted can’t be withdrawn in any circumstances, however festival director reserve the rights to disqualify any film on certain grounds. You can submit as many films as you wish with separate submission forms and fees.Once submission is done then there is no fees refund. By submitting films to AIFF, filmmaker/producer takes the whole responsibility of copyright issues of music, script and other creative and technical aspects of film. The organization can use pieces from the selected films (10% maximum) to promote them and the festival. Categories mentioned on FilmFreeway website with 'Non-Screening but in Award Competition' will not going to screen, as they are kind of award ceremony competition. Only our judges watch it for judging purpose. Film entries can be submitted online via www.filmfreeway.com or by uploading complete film online in H.264 MoV File, MP4 Format on Google drive, or Vimeo & youtube like platforms and sending us the link (and password if protected), plus Entry Form & Press Kit.
